Liana Ycikson brings over a two decades of real estate brokerage and legal experience to R House. Liana brings market knowledge and cultural understanding that is unsurpassed. Liana began her real estate career with Keller WIlliams Realty where she honed her skills in negotiating the sale, managing clients and marketing properties. After a decade with Keller Williams, Liana joined a Miami based law firm, filling a need as a short sale specialist, where she was responsible for negotiating with banks on behalf of sellers, supporting attorneys and performing legal research. Liana prides herself on her strong contractual and legal knowledge in real estate which allows her to look out for her client's best interests on multiple levels. Her background has taught her to "expect the unexpected" and allows her to be extremely proactive on behalf of her clients.
